RECOMMENDATION Successor Agency - Adopt a motion: A. Approving a Professional Service Agreement with Provost & Pritchard for consulting services through June 30, 2024, in a not to exceed amount of $486,500 from the 2023-2024 Successor Agency Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS); and, B. Authorizing the Executive Director or designee to execute the necessary documents; and, C. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make the necessary budget adjustments.
