RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Awarding the bid to Razzari Ford for the supply of two new crew cab pickups with service bodies, for a cost of $123,964.80; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to execute the necessary documents; and, C. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make the necessary budget adjustments; and, D. Authorizing the City Buyer to issue the Purchase Order(s), and approval of change orders not to exceed 10% of the total purchase price.
