SUBJECT: Continued Compliance Order Hearing 1717 Laurel Ave REPORT IN BRIEF The Property Owner failed to comply with the requirements of the Compliance Order issued on May 28, 2021. On August 3, 2023, the Board issued an Administrative Order to correct violations and hear any appeal of fines and penalty amounts at a future hearing if the Appellant files a written appeal based on hardship. RECOMMENDATION The Board will make a determination as to the completion of the matters as shown on the Administrative Order and hear any appeal of fines if the Appellant filed a written appeal based on hardship no later than September 7, 2023.
