RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the Agreement for Professional Services (cleanup contract) with Provost and Pritchard Engineering Group, Incorporated, in the amount of $240,000 for PCE groundwater cleanup; and, B. Approving the Agreement for Professional Services (reporting contract) with Provost and Pritchard Engineering Group, Incorporated, in the amount of $35,000 for report drafting; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to execute necessary documents.
