RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving an Agreement for Professional Services with West Coast Arborists, Inc., in the amount not to exceed $545,425 for Tree Pruning and Removal Services; and, B. Authorizing future contract amendments to add additional pruning and removal locations at a mutually agreeable rate, contingent upon available budget, through June 30, 2027; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to sign the necessary documents.
