Approving a new agreement with Granicus LLC. in the amount of $1,600 for professional services for minor website and intranet cybersecurity upgrade totaling a not to exceed amount of $81,614.33 for all contracts; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager or the Deputy City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
