SUBJECT: Recreation and Parks Commission Site Visitation of After School Services at Local Youth Centers. REPORT IN BRIEF Recreation and Park Commissioners have a vested interest in determining if the services being offered by contracted Youth Service Providers are meeting the intent of the youth centers and community needs.
