RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving an Early Site Access Agreement with the Merced County Regional Waste Management Authority in the Amount not to Exceed $51,000; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to execute the necessary documents; and, C. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make the necessary budget transfers.
