RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the Second Amendment with SDI Presence LLC.; and, B. Authorizing the not to exceed spending authority to SDI Presence LLC for $940,845; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager or the Deputy City Manager to execute the necessary Documents; and, D. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make the necessary budget adjustments.
