SUBJECT: Approval of a First Amendment to an Agreement for Legal Services with Best, Best & Krieger in an Amount not to Exceed $80,000 REPORT IN BRIEF Considers approving a first amendment to an agreement for legal services with Best, Best & Krieger in an amount not to exceed $80,000. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving a First Amendment to an agreement for legal services with Best, Best & Krieger in an amount not to exceed $80,000; and, B. Approving Inter-Fund Transfers in the amount of $55,000 from Fund 672-Support Services Professional Services expense to General Fund-City Attorney department and appropriating the same in the City Attorney’s Professional Services account line; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the necessary documents.
