RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving Resolution 2022-63, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, Approving the Final Subdivision Map for the Garden Walk Merced Subdivision (#5404); and, B. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
