SUBJECT: Approval of the CALTRANS Transportation Art Agreement, Clean California Beautification Fund Contribution in the Amount of $350,000 and Appropriating the Same for Undercrossing Art Murals REPORT IN BRIEF Considers the approval of the Cooperative Agreement with CALTRANS Clean California State Beautification Program to Accept $350,000 in Program Funding and appropriating the same. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the Transportation Art Agreement with CALTRANS Clean California State Beautification Fund Contribution; and, B. Accepting $350,000 in grant funding into account 450-1104-324.02-00 and appropriating the same in account 450-1104-324.02-00, project 123059 for the installation of transportation art murals; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager or the Deputy City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
