RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the Caltrans Utility Agreement for the 125% cost estimate not to exceed total of $127,050; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to execute the Caltrans Utility Agreement, and any other necessary documents pertaining to the agreement as approved to form by the City Attorney.
