SUBJECT: Approval of Third Amendment to the Agreement with Labworks, LLC, in the Additional Amount of $3,000 and the Total not to Exceed the Contracted Amount of $220,200, for Laboratory Field Application Software Support for the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Water Quality Control Laboratory REPORT IN BRIEF Considers the approval of the third amendment to the agreement with Labworks, LLC, for an additional amount of $3,000 and the total contracted amount not to exceed $220,200, for laboratory field application software support for the LIMS program for the WWTP Water Quality Control Laboratory. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the Third Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Labworks, LLC, for an amount not to exceed $3,000 for laboratory field application software support; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager or the Deputy City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
