SUBJECT: First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Mead and Hunt, Inc. for On-Call Planning, Engineering, and Environmental Services of Projects at Merced-Yosemite Regional Airport REPORT IN BRIEF Considers approving the First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement for planning, engineering, and environmental services for the Improvement Projects at the Merced-Yosemite Regional Airport. Additional funding is required to complete the tasks associated with the airport capital improvement projects at Merced-Yosemite Regional Airport. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement not to exceed amount of $2,500,000.00; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to sign the necessary documents.
