RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion approving the request to rent the Merced Senior Community Center to the Merced County NAACP on October 1, 2022, for the annual Freedom Fund Banquet at the co-sponsored rental rate and adopt as a permanent annual co-sponsored event.
