SUBJECT: Reject All Bids Received for Project No. 122013 Regional Park Restrooms and Project No. 122026 Transient Pilot Restroom REPORT IN BRIEF Considers rejecting all bids received to remove and replace restrooms at Fahrens Park, McNamara Park, and Applegate Park, upgrade restrooms at Rahilly Park, install restrooms at the Merced-Yosemite Regional Airport and directing staff to re-bid the projects. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Rejecting all bids received, Project No. 122013 Regional Park Restrooms and Project No. 122026 Transient Pilot Restroom; and, B. Directing staff to advertise the project for rebidding.
