RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Awarding a contract with HerSchy Environmental, Inc. for the three-year term, from September 6, 2022 to June 30, 2025, in the amount of $9,990 annually for each of the fiscal years, FY 2022/23, FY 2023/24, and FY 2024/25, to provide groundwater well sampling and reporting services; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
