SUBJECT: Approval to Wave the Competitive Bidding to Allow for the Cooperative Purchase of Competitively Bid Contract; (County Los Angeles LAC Agreement) with Pictometry International Corporation Inc., and Approval of a Multi-Project Agreement with Pictometry International Corporation to Provide Three (3) Digital Aerial Photography Flights Over a Six (6) Year Period, in a not to Exceed Amount of $123,120 REPORT IN BRIEF Considers approving the waiving of the competitive bidding to allow for the cooperative purchase of competitively bid contract; (County Los Angeles LAC Agreement) with Pictometry International Corporation Inc., and of a Multi-Project agreement with Pictometry International Corporation Inc. to provide three (3) digital aerial photography flights over a six (6) year period, in a not to exceed amount of $123,120. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving to waive the competitive bidding requirements as permitted by Merced Municipal Code section 3.04.210 to utilize cooperative purchases with competitively bid contracts; and, B. Approving the County Los Angeles LAC Agreement; and, C. Approving the Multi-Project Agreement with Pictometry International Corp. for three (3) digital aerial photography flights over a six (6) year period, in a not to exceed amount of $123,120. D. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to execute the necessary documents
