RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving an agreement for professional services with Donlee Pump Company, Inc., in the amount not to exceed $114,000 for Replacement of Diesel Fuel Dispensing Equipment at the City of Merced Corporation Yard; and, B. Authorizing contract amendments not to exceed 10% of the total contract amount; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to sign the necessary documents.
