SUBJECT: Approval of the Updated the Master license Agreement (“MLA”) Template to Utilize City-Owned Vertical Infrastructure Within the City’s Public Right-of-Way for Small Cell Telecommunication Facilities REPORT IN BRIEF Update to the Master license Agreement (“MLA”) Template to utilize City-owned vertical infrastructure within the City’s public right-of-way for small cell telecommunication facilities RECOMMENDATION City Council- Adopt a motion: A. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to execute the updated Template for a Master license Agreement (“MLA”); and, B. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to update the Master License Agreement (“MLA”) to reflect any future changes to State or Federal Legislation.
