SUBJECT: Report and Public Meeting on Update of the City’s Public Facilities Financing Plan and Impact Fee Program REPORT IN BRIEF The City Council will receive a report on the Update of the City’s Public Facilities Financing Plan and Impact Fee Program and hold a public meeting in advance of the public hearing on the same item scheduled for February 7, 2022. RECOMMENDATION The City Council should provide direction regarding any additions or changes to the Public Facilities Financing Plan and Impact Fee Program so staff can prepare the draft Ordinance for a public hearing and possible introduction on February 7, 2022.
