SUBJECT Approval of Professional Services Agreements with Mead & Hunt, Inc., and RS&H California, Inc., to Provide Planning, Engineering, and Environmental Consulting Services for the Merced Yosemite Regional Airport’s Improvement Projects in a not Exceed Amount of $750,000 for Each Contract Based on the Consultant Hourly Rates Listed Within Each Respective Agreement for the Contract Period Ending December 31, 2026 REPORT IN BRIEF Considers approving two (2) Professional Services Agreements for Planning, Engineering, and Environmental Consulting Services for the Merced Yosemite Regional Airport’s Improvement Projects. The services provided under these agreements will be funded from individual Improvement Project budgets as the projects occur through the contract period ending December 31, 2026, at the hourly rates set forth in each respective agreement. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the Professional Services Agreements, for a contract period ending December 31, 2026, with Mead & Hunt, Inc., and RS&H California, Inc., to provide Planning, Engineering, and Environmental Consulting Services for the Merced Yosemite Regional Airport’s Improvement Projects in the amount not to exceed $750,000 each; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to sign the necessary documents.
