SUBJECT: Approval of Parking Enforcement Agreement with the County of Merced to Allow Merced City Parking Enforcement Officers to Enforce Vehicle / Parking Code Violations in Merced County Parking Lots REPORT IN BRIEF Considers the approval of an agreement to provide parking enforcement in County parking lots. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion approving an agreement between the City of Merced and the County of Merced for the Police Department to conduct parking enforcement in the County parking lots and authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
