SUBJECT: Selection of the G Street, Childs Avenue to 13th Street, and R Street, 16th to 18th Streets, as the Eligible Roadway Projects and Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to File the Regional Surface Transportation Program (RSTP) Exchange Funds Claim Form for Fiscal Year 2020/2021 REPORT IN BRIEF Selects the G Street, Childs Avenue to 13th Street, in the amount of $460,928.27, and R Street, 16th to 18th Streets, in the amount of $620,000, projects and authorizes staff to complete the FY 2020/2021 Regional Surface Transportation (RSTP) Claim Form in the amount of $1,080,928.27 for submittal to the Merced County Association of Governments (MCAG). RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Selecting the G Street, Childs Avenue to 13th Street, and R Street, 16th to 18th Streets, projects; and, B. Directing staff to complete the 2020/2021 RSTP claim form by listing the selected projects and corresponding project costs; and, C. Adopting Resolution 2021-71, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced California, authorizing the City Manager to file the Regional Surface Transportation Program (RSTP) Exchange Funds claim for Fiscal Year 2020/2021; and, D. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make necessary budget adjustments for Fiscal Year 2021-2022.
