SUBJECT: Award of Bid and Approval of Construction Contract with Elite Landscape Construction, Inc., in the Amount of $1,209,340.45 for Bellevue Ranch Landscape Improvements, Project No. 120053, Approve a Pooled Cash Loan in the not to Exceed Amount of $352,000, and Approve Supplemental Appropriations Totaling $770,000 Including a 5% Contingency REPORT IN BRIEF Considers awarding a construction contract in the amount of $1,209,340.45 to Elite Landscape Construction, Inc., for Project No. 120053 - Bellevue Ranch Landscape Improvements, approving a pooled cash loan in the not to exceed amount of $352,000, and approving supplemental appropriations totaling $770,000 including a 5% contingency. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $293,000 in Fund 170-CFD Bellevue Ranch West; and, B. Approving a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $125,000 in Fund 164-CFD Bellevue Ranch East; and, C. Approving a pooled cash loan in a not to exceed amount of $352,000 and appropriating the same in Fund 164-CFD Bellevue Ranch East; and, D. Awarding a bid for Bellevue Ranch Landscape Improvements, Project No. 120053, to Elite Landscape Construction, Inc., in the amount of $1,209,340.45; and, E. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the necessary documents and to approve change orders not to exceed 5% of the total contract; and, F. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make the necessary budget adjustments.
