RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving a Supplemental Appropriation from the unreserved, unencumbered fund balance for Fund 558 - Refuse Enterprise in the amount of $65,100; and, B. Approving an agreement for services with Restore Merced in the amount not to exceed $185,100 annually for litter abatement services of designated areas for a period of two years, with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods; and, C. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make the necessary budget adjustments; and, D. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the necessary documents and execute future contract amendments.
