Hostetler Boulevard, and the Approval of the Subdivision Agreement for the Bellevue Ranch West, Village 18-A, Phase 3 Subdivision REPORT IN BRIEF Considers the approval of Final Map #5394 for 78 single-family lots, generally located Northwest of Freemark Avenue, west of the future Catherine A. Hostetler Boulevard, and the Subdivision Agreement for the Bellevue Ranch West, Village 18A, Phase 3 subdivision. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving Resolution 2021-115, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, approving the Final Subdivision Map for the Bellevue Ranch West, Village 18-A, Phase 3 Subdivision (#5394); and, B. Approving the Subdivision Agreement for Bellevue Ranch West, Village 18A, Phase 3 Subdivision; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager or Deputy City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
