RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion approving the modification of Street Closure Request #21-01 including the extension of the event time from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and the modification to Condition #12 extending the time that music is allowed from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., subject to the details and conditions outlined in the Administrative Staff Report.
