SUBJECT: Adoption of Resolution Approving the Yosemite Crossing Subdivision, Phase 1 - Final Map #5382 for 6 Commercial Lots, Generally Located on the Northeast Corner of Yosemite Avenue and G Street, and the Approval of the Subdivision Agreement for Yosemite Crossing, Phase 1 REPORT IN BRIEF Considers the approval of Final Map #5382 for 6 commercial lots, generally located at the northeast corner of Yosemite Avenue and G Street, and the Subdivision Agreement for Yosemite Crossing, Phase 1. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Adopting Resolution 2021-49, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, approving the Final Subdivision Map for the Yosemite Crossing, Phase 1 Subdivision (#5382); and, B. Approving the Subdivision Agreement for Yosemite Crossing, Phase 1; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the Subdivision Agreement.
