SUBJECT: Adoption of a Resolution Approving Final Map 5378 (Lantana Estates, Phase 2) for 50 Single-Family Lots, Generally Located at the Northwest Corner of El Redondo Drive and Cassis Drive, and the Approval of the Subdivision Agreement for the Lantana Estates, Phase 2 Subdivision REPORT IN BRIEF Considers the approval of Final Map #5378 for 50 single-family lots, generally located at the northwest corner of El Redondo Drive and Cassis Drive, and the Subdivision Agreement for the Lantana Estates, Phase 2 subdivision. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Adopting Resolution 2021-63, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, approving the Final Subdivision Map for the Lantana Estates, Phase 2 Subdivision (#5378); and, B. Approving the Subdivision Agreement for the Lantana Estates, Phase 2 subdivision; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
