SUBJECT: Approval to Accept American Rescue Plan Act Funds From the U.S. Department of Treasury Corona Virus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund up to the Allocated Amount of $27,427,882 REPORT IN BRIEF Approving the acceptance of American Rescue Plan Act funds from the U.S. Department of Treasury Corona Virus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund up to the allocated amount of $27,427,882. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the acceptance of up to $27,427,882 in American Rescue Plan Act funds from the U.S. Department of Treasury Corona Virus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the necessary documents; and, C. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make any necessary budget adjustments.
