RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the first amendment to the master agreement with CentralSquare; and, B. Approving new agreements with CentralSquare Payments and Paya/BMO with an estimated annual amount of $5,846; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the necessary documents; and, D. Authorizing the Finance Officer to make the necessary budget adjustments.
