Adopting Resolution 2021-24, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, to accept the grant funds in the amount of $147,201 from the State of California Department of Justice, Office of Attorney General, Tobacco Law Enforcement Grant Program and approving the Memorandum of Understanding; and, B. Authorizing the Police Department and the City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
