SUBJECT: Overview of City Public Facilities Impact Fees, Status Report on the Update of the Fees, and City Council Direction on the Update Implementation REPORT IN BRIEF The City Council will receive an overview of the City’s Public Facilities Impact Fees and a status report on the update of the fees and provide direction to staff on how to implement the updated fee structure.
