RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the amendment with the Merced Zoological Society to reduce the contract amount from $75,000 to $42,183.50, gate fees collected in FY 19-20; and, B. Reducing the remaining contract balance of $32,816.50; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the necessary documents.
