RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the memorandum of understanding with the County of Merced, Department of Public Health, Division of Environmental Health regarding on-site wastewater treatment systems; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the necessary documents.
