SUBJECT: Second Reading and Final Adoption of Ordinance Amending Merced Municipal Code Section 10.28.230 No Parking Zones to Remove and Add No Parking Zone on the East Side of Kibby Road North of Childs REPORT IN BRIEF Considers a recommendation from the Traffic Committee approving the following: · Removal of a no parking zone on the east side of Kibby Road north of Childs Avenue; and, · Addition of a no parking zone on the east side of Kibby Road north of Childs Avenue; RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion adopting Ordinance 2519, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, amending section 10.28.230 “No Parking Zones” of the Merced Municipal Code.
