SUBJECT: Approval of Participating Addendum to Piggyback on the NASPO ValuePoint Agreement #MA1502 CELLCO PARTNERSHIP, D/B/A Verizon Wireless for Wireless, Data, Voice, and Accessories for a 5 Year Term, with the Option of an Additional 5 Year Term and Approval of Non-State Entity Service Policy and Agreement (NESPA) to Piggyback on the CALNET Contract #C4-CVD-19-001-03 for Wireless, Data, Voice, and Accessories for a 3 Year Term with Two Optional 2 Year Additional Terms REPORT IN BRIEF Approval of participating addendum to piggyback the NASPO ValuePoint Agreement #MA1502 CELLCO PARTNERSHIP, D/B/A Verizon Wireless for wireless, data, voice, and accessories for a 5 year term, with the option of an additional 5 year term and approval of Non-State Entity Service Policy and Agreement (NESPA) to piggyback the CALNET Contract #C4-CVD-19-001-03 for wireless, data, voice, and accessories for a 3 year term with 2 optional 2 year additional terms. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the NASPO ValuePoint Participating Addendum to piggyback on the master agreement #: MA1502; and, B. Approving the Non-State Entity Service Policy and Agreement to piggyback on the CALNET Contract #C4-CVD-19-001-03; and, C. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
