SUBJECT: Approval of Highway Maintenance Agreement with the State of California for the Bradley Overcrossing Project to Maintain the Decorative Lighting and the Portion of Baker Drive Beneath the Overpass REPORT IN BRIEF Considers approving the Highway Maintenance Agreement with the State of California for the Bradley Overpass Project. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the Highway Maintenance Agreement with the State of California for maintenance of the decorative lighting on the Bradley Overpass and the portion of Baker Drive beneath the Bradley Overpass and within the State Right-of-Way; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute the necessary documents.
