SUBJECT: Adoption of a Resolution Approving Proposition 68 Per Capita Grant Application(s) for $177,952 and Provide Staff Direction on the Use of Funds to Complete the Necessary Grant Application REPORT IN BRIEF Considers approving a Resolution to approve per capita program applications, and if awarded, accept contract terms. Also allows for Council to provide staff direction on the use of the funds received to prepare the necessary grant application. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Adopting Resolution 2020-74, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, and; B. Approving the Application for Per Capita Grant Funds, and; C. Authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute the necessary documents, and; D. Directing staff on the use of funds to complete the necessary grant application.
