SUBJECT: Update on North Merced Annexation Feasibility Study-Annexation Policies and Procedures, Current Annexations, and Performance Standards for Interim Sewer Capacity REPORT IN BRIEF As a follow-up to the August 17, 2020, City Council meeting on the North Merced Annexation Feasibility Study, staff will provide further information on proposed Annexation policies and procedures, current annexation applications being processed, and proposed performance standards for allocating interim sewer capacity. Staff is seeking Council direction for all three areas. RECOMMENDATION Accept information and provide direction to staff.
