SUBJECT: 2020 Local Agency Biennial Notice REPORT IN BRIEF Accept and file the 2020 Local Agency Biennial Notice to review the City’s Conflict of Interest Code. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion accepting and filing the 2020 Local Biennial Notice; and, directing staff to return the amended Conflict of Interest Code within 90 days of this date for final adoption by City Council.
