RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Approving the agreement for professional services with ThyssenKrupp Elevator Corporation, in the annual amount of $16,800 for elevator maintenance services for a period of two-years, with an option to renew for a maximum of (3) three additional one-year periods; and, B. Authorizing the City Manager or the Assistant City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
