SUBJECT: Considers Two Applications Requesting the 27th and K Youth Center Lease for Youth Programming, and Make a Recommendation to City Council REPORT IN BRIEF Considers making a recommendation for the award of the lease to use the 27th and K Youth Center to a local organization(s) to support youth activities. RECOMMENDATION Recreation and Park Commission - Adopt a motion selecting both applicants to use the Youth Center, dividing the use of the facility as either determined by the two groups or by City Council or staff and; make the recommendation to City Council.
