SUBJECT: Approval of Memorandum of Understanding for the Merced County Operational Area Hazardous Materials Response Team (Merced City Fire Department, Merced County Fire Department, Atwater Fire Department, and Los Banos Fire Department) REPORT IN BRIEF Considers the authorization to approve the Memorandum of Understanding for the Merced County Operational Area Hazardous Materials Response Team, which is comprised of: Merced City Fire Department, Merced County Fire Department, Atwater Fire Department and the Los Banos Fire Department. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion approving the Memorandum of Understanding and authorizing the City Manager or the Assistant City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
