RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Adopting Resolution 2020-27, a Resolution of the City Council of Merced, California, authorizing the City Manager to provide economic assistance related to the economic impacts of COVID-19: and, B. Authorizing the Finance Officer to administer the rebates.
