SUBJECT: Acceptance of the 2019 Housing Element Annual Progress Report Which Describes the City’s Progress in Meeting the City’s Share of Regional Housing Needs and the Goals and Policies of the Housing Element Including Number of Entitlements, Permits, Certificates of Occupancy for All Housing Types REPORT IN BRIEF Provides the public an opportunity to provide oral testimony and written comments regarding the 2019 Housing Element Annual Progress Report (APR) during the City Council’s consideration of the APR. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion accepting the 2019 Housing Element Annual Progress Report.
