SUBJECT: Authorization to Accept a Monetary Donation from Monika and Michael Modest, in the Amount of $25,000 and Approval of a Supplemental Appropriation in the Amount of $25,000 from the Unreserved, Unencumbered General Fund Balance for the Renovation of the Merced Open Air Theatre Located in Applegate Park REPORT IN BRIEF Considers accepting monetary donation of $25,000 from Monika and Michael Modest and approving a supplemental appropriation from the unreserved, unencumbered General Fund balance for the renovation of the Merced Open Air Theatre in Applegate Park. RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Accepting $25,000 donation, increasing revenue account 671-1119-360.02-01 in the amount of $25,000 and appropriating the same in account 671-1119-532.25-00 (supplies and services); and, B. Approving a supplemental appropriation from the unreserved, unencumbered General Fund balance in the amount of $25,000, transferring to Facilities Maintenance-Fund 671 and appropriating the same in account 671-1119-532-25-00 (supplies and services).
