RECOMMENDATION City Council - Adopt a motion: A. Adopting Resolution 2019-80, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Merced, California, setting a public hearing for January 6, 2020 to consider the work and expense report and any protests or objections thereto for the abatement work done for 636, 638 and 640 West Main Street; and, B. Receiving the work and expense report for the abatement work done for 636, 638, and 640 West Main Street for consideration at the January 6, 2020 public hearing.
